in our store is made on demand and printed specifically for you,
please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

── WHO WE ARE ───────────────────────────────────────────

Decorased is a print-on-demand store. This means every
product is custom-made at the time of your order through our
production partner. No items are held in stock — each piece is
created uniquely for you.

── ORDER CANCELLATIONS ──────────────────────────────────

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed,
cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order will already be in production and
cannot be cancelled or modified.

── DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISPRINTED ITEMS ───────────────

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged,
defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

– Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
– Provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue

If your claim is confirmed as a production error, we will
arrange a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return
the original item.

── LOST IN TRANSIT ──────────────────────────────────────

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us within
30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate
with our production partner and resolve the issue promptly.

── RETURNS FOR BUYER’S REMORSE ──────────────────────────

As all products are made on demand and personally customized
to your order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

– Change of mind
– Buyer’s remorse
– Incorrect size selected (please check size charts carefully
before ordering)

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size
charts, and mockup images carefully before completing your
purchase.

── SIZE EXCHANGES ────────────────────────────────────────

Because every item is made specifically for you, we are unable
to offer size exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, please
contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.

── WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ───────────────────────────────

Please double-check your shipping address before completing
your order. If a shipment is returned to our facility due to
an incorrect or insufficient address:

– You will be contacted to confirm a corrected address
– Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer

── UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS ──────────────────────────────────

If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility,
you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed
returns that are not reshipped within 30 days may be donated
to charity.

── EU CONSUMERS ─────────────────────────────────────────

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive
2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of
withdrawal does not apply to:

– Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly
personalized
– Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are
not suitable for return due to health protection or
hygiene reasons

As all products in our store are made on demand to your
personal order, standard EU return rights may not apply.
